21's in action away at AFC Croydon Athletic

By Gary Brigden

Massive night for the U21's this evening as they head off to AFC Croydon Athletic for a title deciding double header.

AFC Croydon Athletic sit top of the table, with 20 points from eleven games, with us two points back, but with a game in hand - so there is all to play for. There is also the matter of management decisions over the outstanding CB Hounslow fixtures, for both sides, and the still to be played Bagshot games - but in reality tonight will go a long way to deciding the outcome of the title.

The sides have already met on three occasions. In league action goals from George Baker and Alfie Carney gave us a point in a 2-2 draw on our opening game of the season, and we followed that with a 2-1 win in October, thanks to goals from Adaini Carrera and Casey McCabe.

Most recently AFC Croydon Athletic got their revenge by picking up the Development Division Cup, courtesy of a 2-1 win in a feisty encounter at Cobham, our goal from Mason Seagroatt.

Manager Tyler Chambers has a strong squad available, although he is missing Charlie Reed, who serves a suspension picked up from the cup final, and Kane Oram.

Kick off for Game 1 is at 7:30, whilst the second game is scheduled to start at 8:45.
