The lads were up against a strong Sporting Santos side who had only lost once before this season (against ourselves back in September). Santos were tough opponents and took a 2-1 lead into the half time break.
However, the lads, buoyed by a forthright half time team talk by Justin rallied and two goals saw us progress to the final. Our goals coming from Joe Marshall, Richard Hunte and Liam Holden.
They will now face league leaders Mondial in the final, as we look to keep our grasp on the trophy.
Elsewhere in Division Five there were wins for AFC Cannons, AFC Ewell, Alexandra Utd Irons (both in a double header), Mondial and Thames Ditton.
AFC Cannons 4-2 West Woking Wanderers Reserves
AFC Ewell 4-2 AFC Rio
Alexandra United Irons 2-0 Team H FC
Erskine Rovers 1-4 Thames Ditton
Kingston Boys 1-6 Mondial
Team H FC 1-2 Alexandra United Irons
In Division Two there was a thriller for SCR Sunday, who somehow recovered from 5-2 down with six minutes remaining to pick up a 5-5 draw with Hersham Royals.
At one stage we were dead and buried as Hersham raced into a three goal lead before Louis Chin pulled one back, however another goal before the break left us going in at half time 4-1 down.
Tommy Prescott pulled one back early in the second half before Hersham regained their three goal advantage, and thats how it stayed until the 84th minute. A quickfire double from Nathan Oliver gave us hope, and when Charlie Anderson scored in stoppage time, our comeback was complete.
Elsewhere leaders Harrow Sports thumped South West Lions 9-1, Royal Admiral picked up a win against Poplar Rovers (drawing the other in a double header).
