Horley town started of the game in high gear putting on the pressure straight away.
The deadlock was broken in the 10th minute when Martin Smith for Horley was able to pick the ball in the middle of the pitch to be able to create himself some space to get his shot off beating Ollie Ellaway down at his near post.
The game quietened down for a while with the lads just trying to get their footing back into the game, while Horley just played slow football gently moving up the pitch.
We finally found a way back into the game when we were awarded a penalty in the 22nd minute that ended up being put away calmly by Josh Uzun in the 23rd minute to put the game one a piece.
The first half was coming to a close and nothing else had happened with both teams just wanting to control the game and see the first half out.

After only 6 minutes of being on Page had an assist down to his name after he was able to chest down a great cross into the box from Matt Tanton, with the resulting ball falling to Uzun who was able to hold of the Horley defender to slot home his second of the game giving us the lead.
