The U18’s moved eight points clear of nearest rivals Cray Valley PM, and eleven points clear of third placed Tonbridge Angels (although those sides have two and three games in hand respectively) on Wednesday night, when a scintillating performance saw them see off Maidstone Utd.

Goals from Bobby Moore on 15 and 39 minutes, either side of a 25th minute strike by Max Lapa gave us a 3-0 lead at the break, with further goals from George Vincent 48 minutes, and Moore, again, on 55 minutes, helped us to a 5-2 win.

Two days earlier Cray Valley suffered their first defeat of the season going down 3-1 at Corinthian, to help cement our lead.
