The curtain fell on the senior season on Wednesday night, when our John Bennett Development Division champions secured a come from behind victory over Redhill.
We made a sloppy start against the only side to beat us in the league this season, and quickly found ourselves 2-0 down. However, we are the champions, and rallied as champion sides do, and thanks to goals from Matt Hill and Abz Coulibaly we went in at the half time interval level at 2-2.
A tough second half followed but a goal from Alfie Carney on 70 minutes was enough to give us all three points and the win.
