Rovers picked up another point in their battle against the drop on Saturday but will come away from their 2-2 at Southall slightly frustrated that they were unable to get the win.

In-form youngster Conan Torpey followed last weeks hat-trick with another sublime effort giving Rovers the lead on nine minutes, before Jaden Thompson-Brissett levelled for Southall on 37 minutes. Rovers response was immediate with Zaid Ouaret Sorr restoring the lead (pictured above).

Rovers held firm until the game was approaching stoppage time when a lengthy spell of Southall pressure eventually led to Thompson-Brissett firing home his second and the equaliser.
