After a tough season, where the lads looked odds on to be relegated automatically, we just about did enough to avoid the drop (albeit potentially for another week) and set up a relegation/promotion play off, depending on your perspective, against Crawley Down Gatwick.
The Anvils finished runners up in the Southern Combination Premier Division, finishing three points behind champions Broadbridge Heath, having been leading the way for a fair chunk of the season.
They will undoubtedly prove a tough ask for the lads to overcome.
