FIRST’S DIG DEEP AT UXBRIDGE

Despite playing most of the second half with ten men after Matt Tanton was harshly sent off, the lads dug deep and picked up a point in a goalless draw away at Uxbridge.

In a first half with few chances it was Uxbridge who went closest when 11 dragged an effort wide of the right hand post.

Tanton saw red for a mistimed challenge early in the second half, according to most Uxbridge fans it was a yellow at worst, and the lads dug deep to secure a point.

James Dillon did have to pull off two tidy stops, whilst a late Zaid Ouaret Sorr free kick for us cannoned into the wall.
