Unfortunately due to essential on-going pitch improvements at the David Weir Leisure Centre, and a lack of competitive football that saw the side without a game since the middle of December, we took the very difficult decision to withdraw our U23’s from the Bluefin Dev South Division for this season.
The intention is absolutely to restart this team next season, but obviously this season was a step too far. Most players have either been retained in the first team squad, or sent out to step 5/6 sides to ensure they keep getting some football this season.
