It’s a big night of football on Wednesday as both our development teams are in action.
After a big 4-1 win at Hillingdon Borough last time out, the U23’s head off to the only other unbeaten side in the division, Chessington & Hook Utd looking to build on our positive start. Chessington picked up a 2-0 win over CB Hounslow & Abbots in their opening fixture, and will provide tough opposition for Michael and the boys.
Elsewhere in the division there have been a couple of other games played, with AFC Whyteleafe in action against both Redhill (winning 3-1) and Hillingdon Borough (losing 3-1).
The U18’s who fielded effectively a second string in the Isthmian League cup last week, will hopefully be back to full strength tomorrow, as they host Southern Counties East side Rusthall.
The visitors have reached this stage courtesy of wins over:
(Extra Prelim): Rochester Utd (w/o after Rochester withdrew from the comp)
(Prelim): Margate 2-1
Whilst we have seen off:
(Extra Prelim) Sevenoaks Town 2-1
(Prelim) Balham 6-1
Good luck to both sides tomorrow
